LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Kentucky State Police have made an arrest in connection with the kidnapping of a 20-month-old girl from her mother's Warren County home.

Police said the girl's non-custodial father, 25-year-old Robert Pomeroy, broke into the home Monday evening and took his daughter, Lillian. Pomeroy allegedly left the scene with his girlfriend, Sabrina Vanmeter.

Police caught up with Vanmeter Tuesday and took her into custody on a warrant for kidnapping.

Police are still looking for Pomeroy and Lillian.

Pomeroy, who lives in Bowling Green, is described as 5'10" tall and weighs approximately 180 lbs. He has a shaved head and a thin beard. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and camo pants, and drove from the home in a white four-door Lexus.

If you have any information about Pomeroy or if you see him, call 911, your local police department or the Warren County Sheriff's Office at 270-842-1633.
