LOUISVILLE, Ky -- For the second time in as many weeks, a Louisville mother has been arrested for allegedly using her child's stroller as a way to steal items from a local store.
Police say Tabitha Cayetano was arrested Tuesday night after she stole nearly $1700 worth of merchandise from a local Kohl's location. Police say she concealed that merchandise inside the stroller that was also carrying her small child.
This is the second time Cayetano has been arrested for using her child's stroller to conceal merchandise, according to police. She was arrested earlier this month at Jefferson Mall with more than $600 in merchandise hidden.
