BEDFORD, Ind. (WHAS11) - Indiana State Police arrested a woman for prescription fraud after a five month investigation.

Lori Brock, 41, of Bedford is accused of faxing fake prescriptions for controlled substances to pharmacies. The investigation found Brock was a former employee of a medical facility in Washington County. Even after she no longer worked there, police say she entered the business after hours and faxed the prescriptions.

Brock is charged with felony burglary and forgery.
