LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a woman for causing a disturbance in the Dosker Manor neighborhood of Louisville.
According to a police report Marva Watts got into an argument with some residents and was armed with a gun.
The report says that Watts is a convicted felon from a 1983 homicide case.
