Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- An elected official in Kentuckiana is out of jail Wednesday night, after he was arrested for drinking and driving.
Police say Henry Wayne Parson was caught driving drunk Monday night, and was involved in a minor accident.
Police say he his blood alcohol level was 0.19.
Parson was re-elected as a Taylor County constable in 2010. Constable's are basically law enforcement officers, and can give cite speeders, and even patrol county roads.
