Three arrested after undercover officer discovers alleged prostitution ring in St. Matthews
Twenty-nine-year-old Joseph Miller, 30-year-old Rhonda Sullivan and 25-year-old Tamika Arthur are accused operating a prostitution business out of a suite at an office building at 214 Breckenridge Lane.
