Police: Men busted after dealing drugs with toddler in car

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Louisville Metro Police have arrested two men on drug charges.

Police say 41-year-old John Napier and 25-year-old Aaron Byerly were selling drugs out of a car near the intersection of 26th Street and Broadway Tuesday.

According to the report, police pulled the two men over after they say Byerly made a drug deal.

When police searched their car, they discovered heroin and a 19-month-old in the backseat without a child safety restraint.

Napier and Byerly are both charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of minor.
