LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - Police arrested a Louisville man after they say he broke into his neighbor's home and sexually abused the homeowner.
The victim says Walter Grau-Avila exposed himself to her. The police report says that the man grabbed the woman and groped her.
Grau-Avila has been charged with burglary and sex abuse.
