LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Police arrested a Louisville man after they say he stole numerous 6-packs of Red Bull from the Kroger store on Shelbyville Road.
22-year-old Justin Stumler was caught on store surveillance concealing the merchandise in his clothing and exiting the store.
According to police, Stumler has targeted Kroger stores in the past and was recently issued a court order for him stay out.
Stumler is charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking and criminal trespassing in the third degree.
