LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) --Police arrested a man over the weekend at a local bar after he was allegedly using his phone for voyeuristic purposes.
According to a police report, 38-year-old Gerald P. McCarthy was at Drakes Bar and was "highly intoxicated" when he entered the women's restroom.
After entering the restroom, police said McCarthy used his cell phone to video a woman who was using the stall next to his. The woman and staff members both told police about the incident.
McCarthy is charged with criminal trespassing.
