Police: S. Ind. man uses U.S. Postal Service to bring in narcotics
According to a news release, Clarksville Narcotics, Jeffersonville Narcotics and the U.S. Postal Inspectors worked together to investigate Christopher A. Collard after information came to light that Collard was dealing in illegal prescriptions, LSD and marijuana.
