Police: Burglary call leads to pot charges

Three subjects, Rico Ramiro, Gutierrez Nestor and Jhoan Angel Gutierrez Nunez, dates of birth unknown, were charged with Cultivating Marijuana Over 5 Plants and lodged in the Scott County Detention Center.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)-- Three men were arrested after police responded to a possible burglary call at a residence in Georgetown, Ky. on August 31, according to a police report.

According to the report, Rico Ramrio, Gutierrez Nestor and Jhoan Angel Gutierrez Nunez, were observed cleaning up the remains of an indoor marijuana grow operation on Larado Drive.  Upon search of the residence, officers seized more than twenty plants and growing materials, according to the report.

The three men, whose birthdays are unknown, were charged with cultivating marijuana in excess of five plants and lodged in the Scott County Detention Center, according to the report.
