MEADE CO., Ky. (WHAS11) -- The body recovered from the Ohio River has been identified as missing Louisville woman Carrie L. Ruffra.
According to Kentucky State Police the cause of death has been ruled suicide by drowning.
There is no evidence of foul play and no other person or persons appear to have been involved in Ruffra's disappearance or death.
