Police: Bardstown bed and breakfast burglarized, suspect arrested

BARDSTOWN, Ky. (WHAS11)—A historic Kentucky Bed and Breakfast has been burglarized in Bardstown.

The Chapeze House in Downtown Bardstown, which is known for keeping expensive bourbon on hand for tastings was burglarized.

Police said Charles Yocum, 22, is suspected of stealing from the business, taking bourbon, money and a cell phone.

Yocum is charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and first-degree criminal mischief.
