LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)-- A Louisville man was arrested early Tuesday morning after firing bullets into an apartment window on Snively Avenue, according to police.

Jeffersontown Police Chief, Rick Sanders, said two people were rushed to University Hospital around 10 p.m. Monday night after being struck by glass.  Their injuries are not life-threatening, according to Sanders.

The bullets fired by Tavion Hill, 20, were intended for a human target, but failed to hit their target, according to Sanders. Hill was charged with ten counts of wanton endagerment, two counts of 1st degree assault and attempted murder..
