CLARKSVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) – A Clarksville family said they are suing Greater Clark County Schools their school district after their daughter fell when she was being loaded on a school bus.

Seven-year-old Julianna Stone’s parents said their daughter was not properly cared for at school. Stone, who is unable to speak or walk and uses a wheelchair, was injured when she was loaded onto the bus.

Her parents said the person who was responsible for making sure their daughter was safe was negligent.
