TRIMBLE COUNTY, Ky. (WHAS11) - A teenage behind the wheel in a fatal crash is still in the hospital days later.
Police say the 16-year-old lost control and struck a tree on highway 421 Monday evening. The crash killed one passenger, 15-year-old Darian Davidson of Bedford.
Another passenger, a 17-year-old, was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The driver was taken to University Hospital and is in critical condition.
