LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- The family of a Lexington woman has added former Kentucky lawmaker Steve Nunn's 28-year-old daughter as a defendant in an amended wrongful death lawsuit.
Mary Nunn of Glasgow was added as a defendant Thursday in the suit filed against her father.
Steve Nunn has been indicted on charges of murder and violating a domestic violence protective order in the Sept. 11 shooting death of Amanda Ross.
He has pleaded not guilty and is being held in the Fayette County Detention Center.
The original suit was filed in September. The amended complaint alleges that Steve Nunn fraudulently transferred personal property in his house to his oldest daughter after the suit had been filed, and that she sold the items at auction.
Her attorney, David Broderick of Bowling Green, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
