(WHAS11) - A murder suspect able to get out of jail by just posting $5,000 bond will have to pay up more now if he wants to get out.
A judge set bond for Gary Lindsey junior at $50,000 on an assault charge. He had to post 10% to get out.
But the judge didn't know Lindsey faced a murder charge.
After WHAS11 began investigating the administrative office of the courts held a hearing to increase Lindsey's bond.
It has now been increased to $200,000 full cash.
