LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Testimony has wrapped up for the day in the capital murder trial of the Louisville man charged with killing his lover and burying the body in the basement of his Old Louisville home.

Attorneys for Jeffrey Mundt got a win Friday when the judge refused to let prosecutors show his testimony from the trial of his co-defendant, Joseph Banis, who has already been convicted in the case.

WHAS11’s Adam Walser has been following the trial and has more in the video above.
