(WHAS11) -- A Louisville mother and her son are in trouble with law after police arrested them as they teamed up to break into two homes.
Krystal Groves, 37, is charged with burglary and unlawful transaction with a minor. Police say groves and her juvenile son broke into a home on Huntoon Avenue in the South End. Police say her son knocked out a window and gathered items while she waited.
They got away with TVs, a DVD player, an iPad and jewelry.
Police say they also broke into a nearby garage and stole a gun.
