CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A mother and son have been arrested in connection with the September murder of Wendall “Gleason” Pyles in Casey County.
Derek Salyers, 25, and his mother Ruth A. Salyers, 58, were arrested at the Taylor County Jail on charges of tampering with physical evidence and hindering prosecution.
Both are in the Taylor County Jail.
Five arrests have now been made in this case, additional arrests expected.
