LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Tessa Priddy is facing a number of charges including DUI and endangering children after police say she was involved in a head-on collision on Cane Run Road Saturday.

Priddy, who had a blood alcohol level of .303, told officers she had two children in her car.

The children, a 6 and 9-year-old, weren’t wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash and their grandmother came to get them from the scene before police arrived.

Police and EMS went to the grandmother’s home and the children were taken to Kosair Children’s Hospital for examination.
