(WHAS11) -- A Louisville area mother has been arrested after police say she was passed out on drugs while she was supposed to be watching four children under the age of 11.
According to court documents, Dominique Jordan-Brown is now charged with Assault because her 8-year-old daughter said Brown threw a phone book at her and pushed her down.
