LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)--  The Louisville Metro area was not hit as hard as Southern Indiana, but the city did get its fair share of accumulation.

A new record was reached tonight for the recorded amount of snowfall on this date.   It has been reported that 3.2 inches of snow fell in the Metro area.
