LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Louisville Metro Police say they’ve arrested a Metro Corrections officer after they say he was allegedly involved in a drunk driving accident.
Arron Miller is accused of blowing a .155 after the crash on Dixie Highway and Greenwood Road. The legal blood alcohol limit in Kentucky is .08.
Police say Miller failed several tests at the scene and almost fell down. He’s been employed with Metro Corrections since 2003.
His case has been turned over to the Professional Standards Unit.
Miller was released on bond Tuesday afternoon after spending the night in jail.
