Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - There was more emotional testimony in court Tuesday in the murder trial of a Louisville teenager - Herbert Lee.

Lee is accused of driving a stolen vehicle that crashed during a police chase, killing four teens on board. Jemar, Demar and Marc Claybrooks and Aaron Shields.

Taking the stand first was the police officer who talked to Lee after that deadly crash.

She described him as anxious to get away and said he did not remember what had happened.

The jury also heard from the Youth Alive coordinator who was originally responsible for driving the van with the four boys on board.  He says the van was at capacity and the boys ended up in Lee's car.

The counselor says shortly after driving away from the Shelby Square area, he noticed all the LMPD squad cars driving after Lee's car.

An EMS paramedic also took the stand.

The prosecution is expected to present a full docket of witness.
