LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- On Wednesday, police laid out their case against a Meade County man charged with killing his seven-week-old son.

Eric Braddam was back in court for a probable cause hearing.

He's accused of shaking his son Bradlyn so hard the boy died.

Police say Braddam was watching the child for about seven hours earlier this month.

Investigators said the baby became fussy and that's when Braddam got frustrated.

Bradlyn died of traumatic brain injuries.

Eric Braddam remains in the Meade County Jail on murder charges.
