LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – He was one of three men who received probation in connection with the death of a Louisville man.
And, if the Commonwealth Attorney's Office has its way, David Pryor will soon spend his days behind bars.
Pryor and three others pleaded guilty after a fight outside Barbara Lee's Kitchen on Brownsboro Road that left Bryan Stevenson dead in 2010.
They all received probation.
But, since then, Pryor has been arrested for breaking into homes, stealing valuables and taking them to local pawn shops.
On Monday, May 12, in court Commonwealth attorneys began arguing to have Pryor's probation sentence revoked and have him sentenced to jail time.
