LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A search warrant executed at an apartment on Lamborne Boulevard has landed a man and a woman in jail.
According to a police report, officers served the search warrant at the home of 31-year-old Carlos Velasquez-Santana Friday.
During their search officers said they found "a large amount of synthetic cannabis, digital scales, a large amount of synthetic cannabis packaged for sale and eight rifles/shotguns." Officers also said they found several packages of white powder and another set of digital scales inside a large box.
Valsquez and a woman, 27-year-old Kathryn Bent, were arrested - both are charged with trafficking in synthetic drugs, trafficking in controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
