HARDINSBURG, Ky. (News Release) – Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal accident on Saturday night on Butler Hobbs Road in Hardinsburg, Ky.
On Saturday, at around 11:57 p.m. police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Butler Hobbs Road in Hardinsburg.
According to police, 20-year-old David Fromme was driving northbound in a 2004 Honda Civic when, for unknown reasons, he exited the left shoulder of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.
Fromme was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Breckinridge County Coroner. He was not wearing a seat belt.
Fromme was the only occupant of the vehicle and drugs or alcohol are not suspected as factors in the crash at this time.
Toxicology results are pending.
