LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- He killed a woman in a drunk driving crash in 2005 and has been convicted of DUI two times since.

So why is a Bullitt County man being sentenced as a first time offender?

In just three days William Redmon must go to the Bullitt County Detention Center to serve 15 days behind bars. That is a standard sentence for a first time DUI offender.
