LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A man charged with the murder of a south Louisville teenager is accused of throwing a cup of urine on a metro corrections worker.
Police say James Mallory threw the urine while jail staff were dealing with another incident Tuesday night.
Investigators say Mallory then threatened the employee.
He's now charged with assault and terroristic threatening.
Mallory is accused of killing 15-year-old Gregory Holt. Prosecutors say the Holt's mother, Kendra Wilson, was part of a murder plot to kill Mallory.
Mallory was shot before Gregory Holt's death.
