New Albany, Ind. (WHAS11)- New Albany Police say on August 1, Aaron Collins sold 18 grams of marijuana to an undercover officer.

The officer says the 24-year-old dealt the drugs from inside Heavenly Angels Daycare.

His girlfriend’s mother owns the business which is just across the street from S. Ellen Jones Elementary School.

Collins faces charges of selling marijuana within 1000 feet of a school.

New Albany Police say they do not believe anyone else at the daycare was involved in the drug deal, but they are investigating the business for other possible violations.

A Floyd County judged reduced Aaron Collins’ bond from $25,000 to $20,000.  He has a previous conviction for cocaine possession 2007.
