LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The man accused of causing a deadly crash in Hardin County was indicted on June 12, according to the Kentucky State Police.
The indictment is for murder, fleeing and evading, assault, and terroristic threatening. he remains in jail on a one million dollar bond and will be arraigned on Tuesday.
The crash happened last week on the Joe Prather Highway in Hardin County.
Police said Thompson kidnapped his ex-girlfriend and three children in a minivan. The mother of the children was able to escape. Thompson crossed the center line and crashed into Ashlee Berry.
Berry, who was driving home from work at the Troll Pub in Louisville, was killed.
