LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville resident is arrested after police said they received calls about a woman doing drugs while riding a TARC bus, over the weekend.
According to a police report, witnesses saw 30-year-old Cristin D. Beeler snorting heroin with another person on bus #993.
In the report, officers said they found Beeler sitting in the First Wok restaurant "on the nod" with constricted pupils and visible powdery substance in her nasal cavity, along with a very red nose.
Beeler is charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance.
