LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A website is reporting that Louisville was an actual contender in the discussion of bringing the Sacramento Kings to the city.
NBA.com reported that the Kings owners had discussions with Louisville, as well as Virginia Beach and Las Vegas.
No other details are given in the story compiled by reporter David Aldridge.
Greater Louisville, Inc. is still trying to get a study done to see if an NBA team would be beneficial to the city and local businesses.
