Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- Louisville’s poverty level is high among the U.S.
Louisville ranks 20 on the list of 100 large metro areas that was studied by the Brookings Institution.
The study found that overall, at least 2.2 million more Americans now live in neighborhoods of concentrated disadvantage than at the start of the decade.
