(WHAS11) -- A Louisville man plead guilty Friday to a murder that happened in broad day light on the Outer Loop.

James Stover entered a guilty plea Friday morning of manslaughter.  He was charged with the murder of 21-year-old Camden McCroskey in 2009.

Police say Stover killed and then robbed McCroskey at the ValuMarket on the Outer Loop during a drug deal.  Police say he took marijuana and McCroskey's wallet.

Stover was sentenced to 20 years, but will be eligible for parole in eight and half.
