(WHAS 11)--Do you like you cable provider? Nov. 28 will be the first of four "town hall" public meetings to let you sound off.
The city of Louisville wants to hear from people serviced by Insight and Time Warner.
They will be asking about your satisfaction, costs, service response and more.
The city is in the process of developing a new franchise agreement for cable television and related services.
There are two meetings Nov. 28 both are from 6 to 8 p.m.
One is at the East Government Center on Juneau Drive and the other at the Southwest Government Center on Dixie Highway.
There are two more meetings Nov. 29.
