(WHAS11) -- A Louisville doctor charged with writing fraudulent prescriptions appeared in court Tuesday.
Dr. Kari Nally is accused of writing fake prescriptions for 4 co-defendants.
The co-defendants would allegedly fill the prescriptions and then either return the pulls to Dr. Nally or keep them for themselves.
The judge set another pre-trial hearing in that court appearance Tuesday.
