LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville is in trouble with the law after police said he endangered the life of a family who was driving along Interstate 65.
The alleged incident happened back in July when Jonathan Abell allegedly threw a can of soda and other items at the family’s car. According to the police report, the driver’s fiancee’ and her 6-year-old daughter were in the vehicle at the time.
Abell is also accused of pointing a gun at the family.
He is charged with two counts of wanton endangerment.
