LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Louisville Metro Parks is looking to update a part of Iroquois Park
On Tuesday night people were able to take a walking tour and suggest ideas for the Northern Overlook Restoration Project.
This is one of the last parks to be updated and those who attended say they want to make sure they can get to the top of the hill and see that view.
“The idea is to show we can build something, that we can sustain this and be able to sustain such a beautiful view of our great metro area,” Marty Storch, deputy parks director, said.
More public meetings are planned and a design plan is expected by the end of summer.
