(WHAS11) -- A Bullitt County teacher fired for allegedly grabbing and pulling a student will likely get his job back.
On Thursday a judge ruled in favor of a tribunal committee's ruling on Dale Beasley who taught at Old Mill Elementary School in Mount Washington.
In October the school district says a student didn't have a pencil for an assignment, that's when school administrators say Beasley grabbed the student by the arm and pulled her in front of the class to get a pencil.
The judge says Beasley violated the code of conduct but says the tribunal has the final say.
