LOUISVILLE, Ky --  A Louisville man has been arrested after threatening a Parking Authority of River City employee with a screwdriver.

According to a police report, Michael Braniger went inside the Parking Authority building at 430 3rd Street to pay a parking ticket Friday afternoon.  While there, police said he got upset with an employee and pushed him against the wall and placed a screwdriver against his neck.

When officers arrived, they found Braniger with a screwdriver, a knife and the license plates to his car.

Braniger is facing a wanton endangerment charge.
