LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)—A Louisville man was arrested after a traffic stop for possession of drug.
Daniel Seahorn, 23, was pulled over by officers just before 11 a.m. on Wednesday, because his vehicles tags were expired, in an area which police said is known for drugs and prostitution.
Police said then the officer approached the vehicle and thought he was very nervous and said Seahorn denied having anything illegal.
Police said Seahorn was asked to step out of the vehicle and as the officer was patting him down, he felt what seemed to be a baggy of marijuana in his underwear.
Seahorn was asked to remove it, to which he complied, and he dropped a baggy of what appeared to be crack cocaine, a off which rock substance in the bag.
Police said Seahorn told the officer he could not afford tags or insurance, while police found just more than $1000 on him.
Seahorn is charged with possession of a controlled substance first, possession of marijuana, no registration plates and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.
