LMPD: Man arrested after scaring apartment complex staff

Troy Adams is facing charges of burglary, terroristic threatening and resisting arrest after reportedly attacking the office staff at his apartment complex.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man was arrested at an apartment building on Tuesday after reportedly scaring the office staff.

According to the police report, Troy Adams, 34, lived at the apartment building in the 5000 block of Quail Hollow Road.

Officers were dispatched after the terrified office staff called.

The staffers were reportedly hiding from Adams and locked themselves in the office.

The staff members said Adams forced his way into the office by kicking in the door. He then told one of the women that he was going to kill her.

Officers reported that upon arrival, Adams was very aggressive and fought them during the arrest.

Adams is facing charges of burglary, terroristic threatening and resisting arrest.
