LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – As Thursday nights celebrations at the Chow Wagon began to wind down Thursday night, Louisville Metro Police say they made one arrest.

Police say 26-year-old Craig Probus was asked by officials of the Chow Wagon to leave as they were shutting down for the night.

Upon contact with Probus, police say he emitted a strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech and trouble standing.

When the responding officer tried to gently escort Probus from the facility, they say he yelled expletives at the officer and jerked away.

According to the report, when Probus was taken to the ground he resisted arrest causing alarm to other Chow Wagon patrons nearby.

Officers say a pat down of Probus revealed a 40 caliber handgun with one round which a nearby sign stated that carrying concealed deadly weapons were not allowed on the premises.

Probus’ charges include resisting arrest, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct.
