LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Keno launched almost exactly a month ago on Nov. 4. Since then, sales have been growing. Four hundred retailers in Kentucky offer the game and the Kentucky Lottery expects more retailers to get in on the game soon.

“We're anticipating about $28 million in sales this year, which averages out to be about $800,000 a week for the rest of the fiscal year,” Kentucky Lottery Corporation VP of Communications Chip Polston said.

One hundred thirty retailers in Jefferson County are offering Keno, but one zip code in particular is especially profitable.

“As of right now, in Jefferson County, the big area is 40216,” Polston said.

Polston says the Riverport Industrial Park is much of the reason for that success. Today WHAS11’s Michelle Arnold headed to the 40216 to find out what Keno was all about.
