Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Jury selection for the accused serial killer William Clyde Gibson will begin June 2 in Evansville, Ind.

Because of pre-trial publicity, jurors are being picked in Vanderburgh County. The trial will be in Floyd County. It's expected to start June 16. Jurors will be sequestered.

Gibson is on trial for the 2012 murder of Stephanie Kirk, whose remains were found at Gibson's home.

He faces the death penalty if convicted, but Gibson has already been sentenced to death for the 2012 murder of Christine Whitis and he pleaded guilty to the 2002 murder of Karen Hodella, for which he was sentenced to 65 years behind bars.

WHAS11's Karma Dickerson has more from the jury selection in the video player above.
